This was a documentary film participated by a team of National Geographic reporters including Lisa Ling before her sister’s detainment (her sister, Laura Ling, had been detained in North Korea since March 2009 and released in mid-August). Posing as an undercover medical coordinator and closely guarded throughout her trip, Lisa moves inside the most isolated nation in the world, encountering a society completely dominated by government and dictatorship. Glimpse life inside North Korea as you’ve never seen before with personal accounts and powerful footage. Witness first-hand efforts by humanitarians and the challenges they face from the rogue regime.

Yes. I think the narrator is Lisa Ling, the sister of Laura Ling who had been confined in North Korea for several months as a journalist.
